Welcome to our 2012 product guide, the first thing you will notice is that it is a different size
to our product guides of the past. We talked to caterers and chefs like yourselves, this is what they said about the new size...

The 2012 Guide features more product images than ever before and rather than traditional
‘pack shots’ we’ve used real product application pictures showing the products in use. We really hope you find this more useful.

We are also passionate about making a difference to the environment, you can read
more about this on pages 2/3, but this new guide is not only small and perfectly formed
but also features:

• 100% Recycled paper throughout.
• No alcohol used throughout printing process.
• Uses much less paper than in previous years.
